사사기 10-15장

Chapter 10

• 1-2 사사 돌라 (Tola)

  1.	After the time of Abimelech a man of Issachar, Tola son of Puah, the son of Dodo, rose to save Israel. He lived in Shamir, in the hill country of Ephraim.아비멜렉의 뒤를 이어서 잇사갈 사람 도도의 손자 부아의 아들 돌라가 일어나서 이스라엘을 구원하니라 그가 에브라임 산지 사밀에 거주하면서

• 3-5 사사 야일 (Jair)

  3.	He was followed by Jair of Gilead, who led Israel twenty-two years그 후에 길르앗 사람 야일이 일어나서 이십이 년 동안 이스라엘의 사사가 되니라.

• 6-18 이스라엘의 악, 고난, 회개

  16.	Then they got rid of the foreign gods among them and served the LORD. And he could bear Israel's misery no longer.자기 가운데에서 이방 신들을 제하여 버리고 여호와를 섬기매 여호와께서 이스라엘의 곤고로 말미암아 마음에 근심하시니라

  17.	When the Ammonites were called to arms and camped in Gilead, the Israelites assembled and camped at Mizpah.그 때에 암몬 자손이 모여서 길르앗에 진을 쳤으므로 이스라엘 자손도 모여서 미스바에 진을 치고

Chapter 11

• 1-33 사사 입다 ( Jephthah)

  1.	Jephthah the Gileadite was a mighty warrior. His father was Gilead; his mother was a prostitute 길르앗 사람 입다는 용감한 사람이었습니다. 그는 창녀의 아들로 그의 아버지는 길르앗이었습니 다.

  32.	Then Jephthah went over to fight the Ammonites, and the LORD gave them into his hands그러고 나서 입다는 암몬 족속에게로 가서 그들과 싸웠고 여호와께서 그들을 그의 손에 주셨습니다.

  33.	He devastated twenty towns from Aroer to the vicinity of Minnith, as far as Abel Keramim. Thus Israel subdued Ammon. 그는 아로엘에서 민닛 부근에 이르기까지 20개의 성읍을 그리고 아벨 그라밈에 이르기까지 아주 크게 그들을 무찔렀습니다. 이렇게 해서 암몬 족속은 이스라엘 자손 앞에서 굴복하게 됐습니다.

• 34-40 입다의 딸

  34.	When Jephthah returned to his home in Mizpah, who should come out to meet him but his daughter, dancing to the sound of tambourines! She was an only child. Except for her he had neither son nor daughter.입다가 미스바에 있는 자기 집에 이를 때에 보라 그의 딸이 소고를 잡고 춤추며 나와서 영접하니 이는 그의 무남독녀라

  35.	When he saw her, he tore his clothes and cried, "Oh! My daughter! You have made me miserable and wretched, because I have made a vow to the LORD that I cannot break."입다가 이를 보고 자기 옷을 찢으며 이르되 어찌할꼬 내 딸이여 너는 나를 참담하게 하는 자요 너는 나를 괴롭게 하는 자 중의 하나로다 내가 여호와를 향하여 입을 열었으니 능히 돌이키지 못하리로다 하니

Chapter 12

• 1-7 입다와 에브라임이 서로 다툼 (Jephthah and Ephraim)

  4.

  Jephthah then called together the men of Gilead and fought against Ephraim. The Gileadites struck them down because the Ephraimites had said, "You Gileadites are renegades from Ephraim and Manasseh."입다가 길르앗 사람을 다 모으고 에브라임과 싸웠으며 길르앗 사람들이 에브라임을 쳐서 무찔렀으니 이는 에브라임의 말이 너희 길르앗 사람은 본래 에브라임에서 도망한 자로서 에브라임과 므낫세 중에 있다 하였음이라

  6.	they said, "All right, say `Shibboleth.'" If he said, "Sibboleth," because he could not pronounce the word correctly, they seized him and killed him at the fords of the Jordan. Forty-two thousand Ephraimites were killed at that time.그 때에 에브라임 사람의 죽은 자가 사만 이천 명이었더라

• 8-9 사사 입산 (Ibzan) 

  8.	After him, Ibzan of Bethlehem led Israel 그 뒤를 이어 베들레헴의 입산이 이스라엘의 사사가 되었더라

• 11-12 사사 엘론 (Elon)

  11.	After him, Elon the Zebulunite led Israel ten yeas. 그 뒤를 이어 스불론 사람 엘론이 이스라엘의 사사가 되어 십 년 동안 이스라엘을 다스렸더라

• 13-15사사 압돈 (Abdon)

  13.	After him, Abdon son of Hillel, from Pirathon, led Israel. 그 뒤를 이어 비라돈 사람 힐렐의 아들 압돈이 이스라엘의 사사가 되었더라.

Chapter 13

• 1-25 삼손이 태어나다 (The Birth of Samson)

  5.

  because you will conceive and give birth to a son. No razor may be used on his head, because the boy is to be a Nazirite, set apart to God from birth, and he will begin the deliverance of Israel from the hands of the Philistines.보라 네가 임신하여 아들을 낳으리니 그의 머리 위에 삭도를 대지 말라 이 아이는 태에서 나옴으로부터 하나님께 바쳐진 나실인이 됨이라 그가 블레셋 사람의 손에서 이스라엘을 구원하기 시작하리라 하시니

  20.	As the flame blazed up from the altar toward heaven, the angel of the LORD ascended in the flame. Seeing this, Manoah and his wife fell with their faces to the ground.불꽃이 제단에서부터 하늘로 올라가는 동시에 여호와의 사자가 제단 불꽃에 휩싸여 올라간지라 마노아와 그의 아내가 그것을 보고 그들의 얼굴을 땅에 대고 엎드리니라

  24.	The woman gave birth to a boy and named him Samson. He grew and the LORD blessed him그 여인이 아들을 낳으매 그의 이름을 삼손이라 하니라 그 아이가 자라매 여호와께서 그에게 복을 주시더니,

Chapter 14

• 1-20 삼손의 결혼 (Samson’s Marriage)

  1.	Samson went down to Timnah and saw there a young Philistine woman삼손이 딤나에 내려가서 거기서 블레셋 사람의 딸들 중에서 한 여자를 보고.

  2.	When he returned, he said to his father and mother, "I have seen a Philistine woman in Timnah; now get her for me as my wife."올라와서 자기 부모에게 말하여 이르되 내가 딤나에서 블레셋 사람의 딸들 중에서 한 여자를 보았사오니 이제 그를 맞이하여 내 아내로 삼게 하소서 하매

  10.	Now his father went down to see the woman. And Samson made a feast there, as was customary for bridegrooms.삼손의 아버지가 여자에게로 내려가매 삼손이 거기서 잔치를 베풀었으니 청년들은 이렇게 행하는 풍속이 있음이더라

Chapter 15

• 1-20 삼손이 복수함 (Samson’s Vengeance on the Philistines)

  5.	lit the torches and let the foxes loose in the standing grain of the Philistines. He burned up the shocks and standing grain, together with the vineyards and olive groves 홰에 불을 붙이고 그것을 블레셋 사람들의 곡식 밭으로 몰아 들여서 곡식 단과 아직 베지 아니한 곡식과 포도원과 감람나무들을 사른지라

  14.

  As he approached Lehi, the Philistines came toward him shouting. The Spirit of the LORD came upon him in power. The ropes on his arms became like charred flax, and the bindings dropped from his hands. 삼손이 레히에 이르매 블레셋 사람들이 그에게로 마주 나가며 소리 지를 때 여호와의 영이 삼손에게 갑자기 임하시매 그의 팔 위의 밧줄이 불탄 삼과 같이 그의 결박되었던 손에서 떨어진지라

  15.	Finding a fresh jawbone of a donkey, he grabbed it and struck down a thousand men삼손이 나귀의 새 턱뼈를 보고 손을 내밀어 집어들고 그것으로 천 명을 죽이고.

  20.	Samson led Israel for twenty years in the days of the Philistines 블레셋 사람의 때에 삼손이 이스라엘의 사사로 이십 년 동안 지냈더라
