열왕기상 13-17장

Chapter 13

• 1-10 벧엘 제단 규탄 (cried out against the altar)

  2.

  He cried out against the altar by the word of the LORD: "O altar, altar! This is what the LORD says: `A son named Josiah will be born to the house of David. On you he will sacrifice the priests of the high places who now make offerings here, and human bones will be burned on you.'"하나님의 사람이 제단을 향하여 여호와의 말씀으로 외쳐 이르되 제단아 제단아 여호와께서 이와 같이 말씀하시기를 다윗의 집에 요시야라 이름하는 아들을 낳으리니 그가 네 위에 분향하는 산당 제사장을 네 위에서 제물로 바칠 것이요 또 사람의 뼈를 네 위에서 사르리라 하셨느니라 하고

  3.	That same day the man of God gave a sign: "This is the sign the LORD has declared: The altar will be split apart and the ashes on it will be poured out."그 날에 그가 징조를 들어 이르되 이는 여호와께서 말씀하신 징조라 제단이 갈라지며 그 위에 있는 재가 쏟아지리라 하매

• 11-32 벧엘의 늙은 선지자 (Old prophet of Bethel)

  21.	He cried out to the man of God who had come from Judah, "This is what the LORD says: `You have defied the word of the LORD and have not kept the command the LORD your God gave you.그가 유다에서부터 온 하나님의 사람을 향하여 외쳐 이르되 여호와의 말씀에 네가 여호와의 말씀을 어기며 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 내리신 명령을 지키지 아니하고

  24.	As he went on his way, a lion met him on the road and killed him, and his body was thrown down on the road, with both the donkey and the lion standing beside it 이에 그 사람이 가더니 사자가 길에서 그를 만나 물어 죽이매 그의 시체가 길에 버린 바 되니 나귀는 그 곁에 서 있고 사자도 그 시체 곁에 서 있더라

  29.	So the prophet picked up the body of the man of God, laid it on the donkey, and brought it back to his own city to mourn for him and bury him.늙은 선지자가 하나님의 사람의 시체를 들어 나귀에 실어 가지고 돌아와 자기 성읍으로 들어가서 슬피 울며 장사하되

• 33-34 여로보암의 죄 (Sin of Jeroboam)

  33.	Even after this, Jeroboam did not change his evil ways, but once more appointed priests for the high places from all sorts of people. Anyone who wanted to become a priest he consecrated for the high places.여로보암이 이 일 후에도 그의 악한 길에서 떠나 돌이키지 아니하고 다시 일반 백성을 산당의 제사장으로 삼되 누구든지 자원하면 그 사람을 산당의 제사장으로 삼았으므로

Chapter 14

• 1-20 여로보암에 대한 아히야 선지자의 예언 (Ahijah’s Prophecy Against Jeroboam)

  6.	So when Ahijah heard the sound of her footsteps at the door, he said, "Come in, wife of Jeroboam. Why this pretense? I have been sent to you with bad news.그가 문으로 들어올 때에 아히야가 그 발소리를 듣고 말하되 여로보암의 아내여 들어오라 네가 어찌하여 다른 사람인 체하느냐 내가 명령을 받아 흉한 일을 네게 전하리니

  10.

  " `Because of this, I am going to bring disaster on the house of Jeroboam. I will cut off from Jeroboam every last male in Israel -- slave or free. I will burn up the house of Jeroboam as one burns dung, until it is all gone.그러므로 내가 여로보암의 집에 재앙을 내려 여로보암에게 속한 사내는 이스라엘 가운데 매인 자나 놓인 자나 다 끊어 버리되 거름 더미를 쓸어 버림 같이 여로보암의 집을 말갛게 쓸어 버릴지라

  18.	They buried him, and all Israel mourned for him, as the LORD had said through his servant the prophet Ahijah.온 이스라엘이 그를 장사하고 그를 위하여 슬퍼하니 여호와께서 그의 종 선지자 아히야를 통하여 하신 말씀과 같이 되었더라

• 21-31 유다 왕 르호보암 (Rehoboam King of Judah)

  21.

  Rehoboam son of Solomon was king in Judah. He was forty-one years old when he became king, and he reigned seventeen years in Jerusalem, the city the LORD had chosen out of all the tribes of Israel in which to put his Name. His mother's name was Naamah; she was an Ammonite.솔로몬의 아들 르호보암은 유다 왕이 되었으니 르호보암이 왕위에 오를 때에 나이가 사십일 세라 여호와께서 자기 이름을 두시려고 이스라엘 모든 지파 가운데에서 택하신 성읍 예루살렘에서 십칠 년 동안 다스리니라 그의 어머니의 이름은 나아마요 암몬 사람이더라

  25.	In the fifth year of King Rehoboam, Shishak king of Egypt attacked Jerusalem.르호보암 왕 제오년에 애굽의 왕 시삭이 올라와서 예루살렘을 치고

  26.	He carried off the treasures of the temple of the LORD and the treasures of the royal palace. He took everything, including all the gold shields Solomon had made. 여호와의 성전의 보물과 왕궁의 보물을 모두 빼앗고 또 솔로몬이 만든 금 방패를 다 빼앗은지라

Chapter 15

• 1-8 유다 왕 아비얌 (Abijah King of Judah)

  1.	In the eighteenth year of the reign of Jeroboam son of Nebat, Abijah became king of Judah, 느밧의 아들 여로보암 왕 열여덟째 해에 아비얌이 유다 왕이 되고

  2.	and he reigned in Jerusalem three years. His mother's name was Maacah daughter of Abishalom. 예루살렘에서 삼 년 동안 다스리니라 그의 어머니의 이름은 마아가요 아비살롬의 딸이더라

• 9-24 유다 왕 아사 (Asa King of Judah)

  9.	In the twentieth year of Jeroboam king of Israel, Asa became king of Judah 이스라엘의 여로보암 왕 제이십년에 아사가 유다 왕이 되어,

  10.	and he reigned in Jerusalem forty-one years. His grandmother's name was Maacah daughter of Abishalom. 예루살렘에서 사십일 년 동안 다스리니라 그의 어머니의 이름은 마아가라 아비살롬의 딸이더라

  11.	Asa did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, as his father David had done 아사가 그의 조상 다윗 같이 여호와 보시기에 정직하게 행하여

• 25-32 이스라엘 왕 나답 (Nadab King of Israel)

  25.	Nadab son of Jeroboam became king of Israel in the second year of Asa king of Judah, and he reigned over Israel two years 유다의 아사 왕 둘째 해에 여로보암의 아들 나답이 이스라엘 왕이 되어 이 년 동안 이스라엘을 다스리니라

  28.	Baasha killed Nadab in the third year of Asa king of Judah and succeeded him as king 유다의 아사 왕 셋째 해에 바아사가 나답을 죽이고 대신하여 왕이 되고

• 33-24 이스라엘 왕 바아사 (Baasha King of Israel)

  33.	In the third year of Asa king of Judah, Baasha son of Ahijah became king of all Israel in Tirzah, and he reigned twenty-four years. 유다의 아사 왕 셋째 해에 아히야의 아들 바아사가 디르사에서 모든 이스라엘의 왕이 되어 이십사 년 동안 다스리니라

Chapter 16

• 1-7 이스라엘 왕 바아사

  7.

  Moreover, the word of the LORD came through the prophet Jehu son of Hanani to Baasha and his house, because of all the evil he had done in the eyes of the LORD, provoking him to anger by the things he did, and becoming like the house of Jeroboam -- and also because he destroyed it. 여호와의 말씀이 하나니의 아들 선지자 예후에게도 임하사 바아사와 그의 집을 꾸짖으심은 그가 여로보암의 집과 같이 여호와 보시기에 모든 악을 행하며 그의 손의 행위로 여호와를 노엽게 하였음이며 또 그의 집을 쳤음이더라

• 8-14 이스라엘 왕 엘라 (Elah King of Israel)

  8.	In the twenty-sixth year of Asa king of Judah, Elah son of Baasha became king of Israel, and he reigned in Tirzah two years. 유다의 아사 왕 제이십육년에 바아사의 아들 엘라가 디르사에서 이스라엘의 왕이 되어 이 년 동안 그 왕위에 있으니라

  12.	So Zimri destroyed the whole family of Baasha, in accordance with the word of the LORD spoken against Baasha through the prophet Jehu -- 바아사의 온 집을 멸하였는데 선지자 예후를 통하여 바아사를 꾸짖어 하신 여호와의 말씀 같이 되었으니

• 15-20 이스라엘 왕 시므리 (Zimri King of Israel)

  16.	When the Israelites in the camp heard that Zimri had plotted against the king and murdered him, they proclaimed Omri, the commander of the army, king over Israel that very day there in the camp. 진 중 백성들이 시므리가 모반하여 왕을 죽였다는 말을 들은지라 그 날에 이스라엘의 무리가 진에서 군대 지휘관 오므리를 이스라엘의 왕으로 삼으매

  18.	When Zimri saw that the city was taken, he went into the citadel of the royal palace and set the palace on fire around him. So he died,  시므리가 성읍이 함락됨을 보고 왕궁 요새에 들어가서 왕궁에 불을 지르고 그 가운데에서 죽었으니

• 21-28 이스라엘 왕 오므리 (Omri King of Israel)

  23.	In the thirty-first year of Asa king of Judah, Omri became king of Israel, and he reigned twelve years, six of them in Tirzah.유다의 아사 왕 제삼십일년에 오므리가 이스라엘의 왕이 되어 십이 년 동안 왕위에 있으며 디르사에서 육 년 동안 다스리니라

  24.	He bought the hill of Samaria from Shemer for two talents of silver and built a city on the hill, calling it Samaria, after Shemer, the name of the former owner of the hill. 그가 은 두 달란트로 세멜에게서 사마리아 산을 사고 그 산 위에 성읍을 건축하고 그 건축한 성읍 이름을 그 산 주인이었던 세멜의 이름을 따라 사마리아라 일컬었더라

• 29-34 이스라엘 왕 아합 (Ahab Becomes King of Israel)

  29.	In the thirty-eighth year of Asa king of Judah, Ahab son of Omri became king of Israel, and he reigned in Samaria over Israel twenty-two years 유다의 아사 왕 제삼십팔년에 오므리의 아들 아합이 이스라엘의 왕이 되니라 오므리의 아들 아합이 사마리아에서 이십이 년 동안 이스라엘을 다스리니라

  31.	He not only considered it trivial to commit the sins of Jeroboam son of Nebat, but he also married Jezebel daughter of Ethbaal king of the Sidonians, and began to serve Baal and worship him  느밧의 아들 여로보암의 죄를 따라 행하는 것을 오히려 가볍게 여기며 시돈 사람의 왕 엣바알의 딸 이세벨을 아내로 삼고 가서 바알을 섬겨 예배하고

Chapter 17

• 1-7 엘리야 대가뭄 예언 (Elijah Announces a Great Drought)

  1.

  Now Elijah the Tishbite, from Tishbe in Gilead, said to Ahab, "As the LORD, the God of Israel, lives, whom I serve, there will be neither dew nor rain in the next few years except at my word. 길르앗에 우거하는 자 중에 디셉 사람 엘리야가 아합에게 말하되 내가 섬기는 이스라엘의 하나님 여호와께서 살아 계심을 두고 맹세하노니 내 말이 없으면 수 년 동안 비도 이슬도 있지 아니하리라 하니라"

  7.	Some time later the brook dried up because there had been no rain in the land땅에 비가 내리지 아니하므로 얼마 후에 그 시내가 마르니라

• 8-24 엘리야와 사르밧 과부 (Elijah and the Widow at Zarephath)

  9.	"Go at once to Zarephath of Sidon and stay there. I have commanded a widow in that place to supply you with food."너는 일어나 시돈에 속한 사르밧으로 가서 거기 머물라 내가 그 곳 과부에게 명령하여 네게 음식을 주게 하였느니라

  16.	For the jar of flour was not used up and the jug of oil did not run dry, in keeping with the word of the LORD spoken by Elijah. 여호와께서 엘리야를 통하여 하신 말씀 같이 통의 가루가 떨어지지 아니하고 병의 기름이 없어지지 아니하니라

  22.	The LORD heard Elijah's cry, and the boy's life returned to him, and he lived 여호와께서 엘리야의 소리를 들으시므로 그 아이의 혼이 몸으로 돌아오고 살아난지라

  24.	Then the woman said to Elijah, "Now I know that you are a man of God and that the word of the LORD from your mouth is the truth." 여인이 엘리야에게 이르되 내가 이제야 당신은 하나님의 사람이시요 당신의 입에 있는 여호와의 말씀이 진실한 줄 아노라 하니라
