열왕기하 15-18장

Chapter 15

• 1-7 유다 왕 아사랴 (Azariah King of Judah)

  1.	In the twenty-seventh year of Jeroboam king of Israel, Azariah son of Amaziah king of Judah began to reign. 이스라엘 왕 여로보암 제이십칠년에 유다 왕 아마샤의 아들 아사랴가 왕이 되니

  5.	The LORD afflicted the king with leprosy until the day he died, and he lived in a separate house. Jotham the king's son had charge of the palace and governed the people of the land. 여호와께서 왕을 치셨으므로 그가 죽는 날까지 나병환자가 되어 별궁에 거하고 왕자 요담이 왕궁을 다스리며 그 땅의 백성을 치리하였더라

• 8-12 이스라엘 왕 스가랴 (Zechariah King of Israel)

  8.	In the thirty-eighth year of Azariah king of Judah, Zechariah son of Jeroboam became king of Israel in Samaria, and he reigned six months.유다의 왕 아사랴의 제삼십팔년에 여로보암의 아들 스가랴가 사마리아에서 여섯 달 동안 이스라엘을 다스리며

  10.	Shallum son of Jabesh conspired against Zechariah. He attacked him in front of the people, assassinated him and succeeded him as king.야베스의 아들 살룸이 그를 반역하여 백성 앞에서 쳐죽이고 대신하여 왕이 되니라

• 13-16 이스라엘 왕 살룸 (Shallum King of Israel)

  13.	Shallum son of Jabesh became king in the thirty-ninth year of Uzziah king of Judah, and he reigned in Samaria one month.유다 왕 웃시야 제삼십구년에 야베스의 아들 살룸이 사마리아에서 왕이 되어 한 달 동안 다스리니라

• 17-22 이스라엘 왕 므나헴 (Menahem King of Israel)

  17.	In the thirty-ninth year of Azariah king of Judah, Menahem son of Gadi became king of Israel, and he reigned in Samaria ten years.유다 왕 아사랴 제삼십구년에 가디의 아들 므나헴이 이스라엘 왕이 되어 사마리아에서 십 년간 다스리며

• 23-26 이스라엘 왕 브가히야 (Pekahiah King of Israel)

  23.	In the fiftieth year of Azariah king of Judah, Pekahiah son of Menahem became king of Israel in Samaria, and he reigned two years.유다의 왕 아사랴 제오십년에 므나헴의 아들 브가히야가 사마리아에서 이스라엘 왕이 되어 이 년간 다스리며

  25.

  One of his chief officers, Pekah son of Remaliah, conspired against him. Taking fifty men of Gilead with him, he assassinated Pekahiah, along with Argob and Arieh, in the citadel of the royal palace at Samaria. So Pekah killed Pekahiah and succeeded him as king. 그 장관 르말랴의 아들 베가가 반역하여 사마리아 왕궁 호위소에서 왕과 아르곱과 아리에를 죽이되 길르앗 사람 오십 명과 더불어 죽이고 대신하여 왕이 되었더라

• 27-31 이스라엘 왕 베가 (Pekah King of Israel)

  27.	In the fifty-second year of Azariah king of Judah, Pekah son of Remaliah became king of Israel in Samaria, and he reigned twenty years. 유다의 왕 아사랴 제오십이년에 르말랴의 아들 베가가 이스라엘 왕이 되어 사마리아에서 이십 년간 다스리며

  30.	Then Hoshea son of Elah conspired against Pekah son of Remaliah. He attacked and assassinated him, and then succeeded him as king in the twentieth year of Jotham son of Uzziah. 웃시야의 아들 요담 제이십년에 엘라의 아들 호세아가 반역하여 르말랴의 아들 베가를 쳐서 죽이고 대신하여 왕이 되니라

• 32-28 유다 왕 요담 (Jotham King of Judah)

  32.	In the second year of Pekah son of Remaliah king of Israel, Jotham son of Uzziah king of Judah began to reign.이스라엘의 왕 르말랴의 아들 베가 제이년에 유다 왕 웃시야의 아들 요담이 왕이 되니

  37.	(In those days the LORD began to send Rezin king of Aram and Pekah son of Remaliah against Judah.) 그 때에 여호와께서 비로소 아람 왕 르신과 르말랴의 아들 베가를 보내어 유다를 치게 하셨더라

Chapter 16

• 1-20 유다 왕 아하스 (Ahaz King of Judah)

  1.	In the seventeenth year of Pekah son of Remaliah, Ahaz son of Jotham king of Judah began to reign. 르말랴의 아들 베가 제십칠년에 유다의 왕 요담의 아들 아하스가 왕이 되니

  3.	He walked in the ways of the kings of Israel and even sacrificed his son in the fire, following the detestable ways of the nations the LORD had driven out before the Israelites. 이스라엘의 여러 왕의 길로 행하며 또 여호와께서 이스라엘 자손 앞에서 쫓아내신 이방 사람의 가증한 일을 따라 자기 아들을 불 가운데로 지나가게 하며

  4.	He offered sacrifices and burned incense at the high places, on the hilltops and under every spreading tree.또 산당들과 작은 산 위와 모든 푸른 나무 아래에서 제사를 드리며 분향하였더라

Chapter 17

• 1-6 이스라엘의 마지막 왕 호세아 (Hoshea Last King of Israel)

  6.	In the ninth year of Hoshea, the king of Assyria captured Samaria and deported the Israelites to Assyria. He settled them in Halah, in Gozan on the Habor River and in the towns of the Medes. 호세아 제구년에 앗수르 왕이 사마리아를 점령하고 이스라엘 사람을 사로잡아 앗수르로 끌어다가 고산 강 가에 있는 할라와 하볼과 메대 사람의 여러 고을에 두었더라

• 7-23 앗수르 왕이 사마리아를 차지하다 (Israel Exiled Because of Sin)

  18.	So the LORD was very angry with Israel and removed them from his presence. Only the tribe of Judah was left  여호와께서 이스라엘에게 심히 노하사 그들을 그의 앞에서 제거하시니 오직 유다 지파 외에는 남은 자가 없으니라

  23.	until the LORD removed them from his presence, as he had warned through all his servants the prophets. So the people of Israel were taken from their homeland into exile in Assyria, and they are still there. 여호와께서 그의 종 모든 선지자를 통하여 하신 말씀대로 드디어 이스라엘을 그 앞에서 내쫓으신지라 이스라엘이 고향에서 앗수르에 사로잡혀 가서 오늘까지 이르렀더라

• 24-41 앗수르 사람들이 사마리아에 거주하다 (Samaria Resettled)

  24.	The king of Assyria brought people from Babylon, Cuthah, Avva, Hamath and Sepharvaim and settled them in the towns of Samaria to replace the Israelites. They took over Samaria and lived in its towns.앗수르 왕이 바벨론과 구다와 아와와 하맛과 스발와임에서 사람을 옮겨다가 이스라엘 자손을 대신하여 사마리아 여러 성읍에 두매 그들이 사마리아를 차지하고 그 여러 성읍에 거주하니라

  27.	Then the king of Assyria gave this order: "Have one of the priests you took captive from Samaria go back to live there and teach the people what the god of the land requires." 앗수르 왕이 명령하여 이르되 너희는 그 곳에서 사로잡아 온 제사장 한 사람을 그 곳으로 데려가되 그가 그 곳에 가서 거주하며 그 땅 신의 법을 무리에게 가르치게 하라 하니

  41.	Even while these people were worshiping the LORD, they were serving their idols. To this day their children and grandchildren continue to do as their fathers did. 이 여러 민족이 여호와를 경외하고 또 그 아로새긴 우상을 섬기니 그들의 자자 손손이 그들의 조상들이 행하던 대로 그들도 오늘까지 행하니라

Chapter 18

• 1-12 유다 왕 히스기야 (Hezekiah King of Judah)

  3.	He did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, just as his father David had done. 히스기야가 그의 조상 다윗의 모든 행위와 같이 여호와께서 보시기에 정직하게 행하여

  5.	Hezekiah trusted in the LORD, the God of Israel. There was no one like him among all the kings of Judah, either before him or after him. 히스기야가 이스라엘 하나님 여호와를 의지하였는데 그의 전후 유다 여러 왕 중에 그러한 자가 없었으니

• 13-37 산헤립이 예루살렘을 위협함 (Sennacherib Threatens Jerusalem)

  13.	In the fourteenth year of King Hezekiah's reign, Sennacherib king of Assyria attacked all the fortified cities of Judah and captured them.히스기야 왕 제십사년에 앗수르의 왕 산헤립이 올라와서 유다 모든 견고한 성읍들을 쳐서 점령하매

  14.

  So Hezekiah king of Judah sent this message to the king of Assyria at Lachish: "I have done wrong. Withdraw from me, and I will pay whatever you demand of me." The king of Assyria exacted from Hezekiah king of Judah three hundred talents of silver and thirty talents of gold. 유다의 왕 히스기야가 라기스로 사람을 보내어 앗수르 왕에게 이르되 내가 범죄하였나이다 나를 떠나 돌아가소서 왕이 내게 지우시는 것을 내가 당하리이다 하였더니 앗수르 왕이 곧 은 삼백 달란트와 금 삼십 달란트를 정하여 유다 왕 히스기야에게 내게 한지라

  31.

  "Do not listen to Hezekiah. This is what the king of Assyria says: Make peace with me and come out to me. Then every one of you will eat from his own vine and fig tree and drink water from his own cistern ,너희는 히스기야의 말을 듣지 말라 앗수르 왕의 말씀이 너희는 내게 항복하고 내게로 나아오라 그리하고 너희는 각각 그의 포도와 무화과를 먹고 또한 각각 자기의 우물의 물을 마시라
